Pre-mainnet, Stage 0. Six L1 programs live on Solana devnet (five settlement, one sequencer bond); the L2 node settles real blocks to them

Optimistic rollup on Solana (ADR-0001), and staying one — decentralisation goes to a staked sequencer set for ordering, never to a validator set deciding finality

Single-key upgrade authority; proof-based bridge (deployed and initialized on devnet); proofs deployed on devnet, not yet enforcing anywhere that holds funds

Not issued: no mint address, no published supply. Solieum Labs sells rights to a future token — private rounds by direct agreement now, a public presale planned with no date and announced here first. No airdrop. Fees are paid in SOL and no token is required by the design

Throughput not yet published. First measured figures — one-step verifier cost, data compression, devnet settlement latency — are on the proofs, data-availability and network pages with their basis stated
